Organizers and 1099s

We hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! As we launch into 2024, we want to alert both our individual and corporate clients about upcoming action items.

Our Hark tax organizers will be mailed out soon to all individual clients. Be on the lookout in the next few weeks for a large envelope from Hark & Associates. There are forms that need to be signed and sent to us, as well as the organizer for you to start capturing the information we will need to prepare your returns. The due date for all information due to us in order to prepare your return is March 17th, but don’t wait till the end. We have also posted a blank organizer and the Hark tax packet on the forms tab on our website.

For clients that issue 1099’s, it’s time to start preparing. Please make sure your 1099 information is in to us by January 19th. Keep an eye out on your emails for communication from us on the process to get these prepared for you to distribute by January 31, 2024. Not sure if you need to file 1099's?
