Important Email Contacts
How many unread emails do you have sitting in your inbox right now? As an accounting firm we utilize email communication to convey many different things to our clients. So, what types of emails and from what email addresses can you expect from Hark and Associates, PC?
Our secure client portal: The portal is the preferred way for us to securely send and receive documents). When documents are uploaded to the portal, emails are automatically generated to provide notifications of what was uploaded. Make sure you have the following email addresses in your “safe senders” list so that they don’t get caught in your spam folder:

Adobe Docusign: To e-file tax returns, a signature is needed on an e-file authorization form. These forms will appear as coming from Alan Hark at adobesign@adobesign.com.
o For businesses, quarterly payroll returns will also be sent through Adobe.
Our Hark and Associates, PC emails: Everyone at Hark and Associates, PC has a specific email address tied to them- first name initial and then full last name @harkandassociatespc.com.
o We also have two separate administration emails: “admin” and “administration,” both at the @harkandassociatespc.com.
o Easy “contact” buttons can be found on our website: https://harkandassociatespc.com/about-us. (When you “hover” over the buttons with your mouse you’ll be able to see the email address.)
o Please do not send important documents via email. These should be loaded on the portal.
Calendar notifications: We use google calendar to keep track of scheduled phone calls, meetings, and more. If you are scheduled for an appointment with us you’ll receive an automated email.
Constant Contact: We use this platform to send out emails that apply to all or a specific group of our clients. This information can include changes in tax laws, information regarding our firm, etc. These will come from administration.
